One of my best:
CROCKPOT VENISON STEW
1 3-5 lb. tenderloin or shoulder, cubed
1/4 c. oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of chicken broth
4 med. size potatoes, cubed
6 carrots, sliced
1 med. white onion, quartered
1. Add all ingredients to crockpot, cook at 6hrs. Season to taste.
2. Prepare rice 20 minutes prior to service
3. Butter bread
4. Serve it up
